Initially we take the time to get to know you, your agency and ensure that we have understood the finer points of your brief.  This investment of time up front ensures that we only send you very relevant CVs.  We endeavour to meet all our candidates in order to establish a candidate’s credentials and to make a judgment on personality fit.  If a meeting is not possible a rigorous phone interview is undertaken.

Our consultants’ agency experience means that we already have a strong network of people in the industry which helps us find the right person for you.

Also many candidates happily recommend us to their friends and colleagues because they have been impressed with the way we work and what we have done for them.

We also advertise online on a number of sites highly relevant to the creative industries and often discipline specific.

Our fee structure and terms and conditions

For a permanent role we charge an agreed % of the candidate’s starting salary and agree a rebate scheme to mirror your probationary period. No placement, no fee.

For a freelance role we invoice you an inclusive daily, hourly, weekly or monthly rate or an agreed commission if you choose to pay the candiate yourself.
